District Coherence Analysis (DCA)
Our DCA is an asset-based approach for analyzing alignment across departments into classrooms.
Utilizing surveys, interviews, focus groups, data analysis, learner-centric observations, and professional learning observations, this in-depth process identifies both strengths and growth areas across the following areas:
● Organizational Structure (how do systems/processes facilitate/hinder improvement)
● Core Instruction
● Special Education, Intervention, and Behavioral Supports
● Talent Management
● Finance/Budget Allocation
We develop a report (delivered within 10 days) that provides concrete steps for improvement in each growth area to assist the district in actualizing progress toward goals.
