District Coherence Analysis (DCA) provides an asset-based examination of key factors leading to or detracting from success. A horizontal analysis studies alignment and resource allocation across departments and a vertical analysis studies the district-to-classroom connection focused on instruction.
Strategic planning is key to improvement in school organizations. Effective strategic plans identify a clear path to outcomes by establishing a common vision, aligning resources, identifying specific implementation steps and timelines, and fostering commitment across all levels of the organization.
Our own work and experience over several decades have informed our focus on a handful of key highly impactful organization-level supports.
